You can check your membership status in a few ways:

Our membership cards are digital! After registering for your membership, check your e-mail from your phone. You will see an e-mail from Cuseum. Simply click the download button in the e-mail and your membership card will be uploaded to your digital wallet!

If you are logging onto our new membership management system Join It for the first time, you can enter the email address associated with your MODA membership from our previous site, or email membership@museumofdesign.org

Guest passes renew every year and do not roll over into the next year. When you visit the museum with a guest, we will check the status of your guest passes.

MODA is proud to to allow our members access to free or discounted admission to a range of museums through out the NARM Membership, provided by the North American Reciprocal Association), and SERM (Southeastern Reciprocal Membership), offered by the Southeastern Museums Conference.
The SERM Membership provides access 175+ organizations in the Southeastern region.
The NARM Membership provides access to 1100 museums across North America.
The ROAM Membership provides access to museums across the United States and Canada.
*NARM & ROAM are only offered to MODA members at the Friends & Family membership level and above.

On top of the benefits listed above, our Changemakers Circle gathers at least three times each year to socialize, visit designers’ studios, get insider information about MODA exhibitions and projects, and interact with leading designers and design influencers.
Changemakers Circle Contributions support every aspect of MODA’s operations, from exhibitions to programs to children’s education.

Not seeing your MODA MEMBER'S discount? Here's how it works!
To begin using your MODA Member event discounts through your new SimpleTix account, please update your login information. To update your login information with SimpleTix, be sure to use the email address associated with your membership then set up your own password.
Follow these instructions to update your SimpleTix account:
>Visit https://moda.simpletix.com/
>Select your desired event
>Click ‘Register Now’
>In the Bottom Right Corner >Click ‘Login Now’ next to ‘Have a SimpleTix account?’ (We’ve created your account, you simply need to complete it)
>Enter your email address associated with your MODA membership
>Click 'Forgot My Password'
>Follow the new email prompts to set up your new password
>Login with your password
>Select the event you wish to Register
>Select quantity of tickets
>Add to cart
>Your discount should be applied
>Proceed to Checkout
>Enter your payment details
>Receive your e-tickets to events
