Digital Art Studio: Mountains, Peaks, & Valleys

Virtual
Ages 12 – 18

About This Afterschool Studio:

Join MODA for a virtual Afterschool Studio and create your own digital nature landscapes!

In this virtual studio, young designers will find inspiration from nature to create various forms of mountains and valleys using Medibang Paint Pro. The studio will start by having participants practice creating texture and depth in their landscapes.

Then students will create their own digital mountains, peaks, or valley landscape digital art scene. At the end of the studio, students can show their digital art and receive feedback in a supportive environment.

In this Afterschool Studio, students will . . .

  • Experiment with their own styles to create unique landscapes.

  • Transform ideas from sketches to digital art.

  • Provide a space to share and provide constructive feedback

  • Practice collaboration, inclusivity, creative courage, imaginative problem-solving, storytelling, and critical thinking

Requirements:

  • A computer or tablet with internet access

  • Zoom
